After you complete check out via our secure payment form, you’ll automatically be logged into your group leader account and will be able to enroll your internal instructor via a simple enrollment form.

Yes! The course contains an entire section on completing practical evaluations and assist you in qualifying your trainers to perform them.

This is an online training program that will award your internal trainers with a train-the-trainer certificate upon successful completion. It does not include materials to use when training your workers. We do have bundled instructor packages that do contain training materials that can be used to train your workers in development. They will be released and available soon :)

Yup. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the MEWP Trainer course for any reason, simply let us know within 15 days or BEFORE your learners complete the course and are awarded the certificate, and we’ll provide you with a refund.

Refunds will not be granted after 15 days or after certificates have been awarded.

Yes, definitely. All of our online courses are mobile friendly and can be viewed on various types of devices.

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the training program, your learners will be awarded a  certificate in PDF format. They will be able to instantly view, download, and print the certificates at any time through their account. They will also receive a copy via email. As a group leader, you will also be able to view and print your learners’ certificate(s) at any time through your account.

The average time to complete the course is around five (5) hours, however, this can vary significantly due to several factors. Learners also have the ability to stop and resume the course as required. Some learners complete it in a single sitting while others spread it out over weeks.

We do not provide physical copies of the training content. The train the trainer course is taken entirely online and all of our training content included in the bundles is downloadable and can be accessed instantly after purchase.
