Importing Employees via CSV

If you have many learners to enroll at once, you can streamline the process by creating a CSV and using the “Import Users” Option.

Importing Employees

Simply download the sample CSV and populate it with the appropriate details. You can add users both with and without email addresses. Simply set the “NO EMAIL” field to “on” for those users who do not have an email address.

Once your CSV is populated, click the browse button, select the file from your PC, and click the upload button.

You will receive a success message once the learners have been imported. Those who were added with email addresses will receive the enrollment notification email. For the others, you will need to provide them with login credentials.
